2. What Data We Collect
When you use the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, and message. When you visit the website, our server may log: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and visit timestamp. We do not use cookies for tracking.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
Contact form data is processed to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures). Server logs are processed for security and analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
4. Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years for business communication purposes. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use Formspree (formspree.io) to handle contact form submissions. Formspree processes data in accordance with their own GDPR-compliant privacy policy. No data is sold to third parties.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and Austrian law, you have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
